Let us take you back in time to 17th century Maastricht.
Centre Céramique in Maastricht houses a physical model of Maastricht from the 17th century, which is literally brought to life by the latest technologies. Walk through the narrowest streets and discover what happened there in the past. As a viewer, you will be taken through five different stories in total and meet a number of interesting historical characters.
The historical characters have been captured in our volumetric capturing stage, so they will appear lifelike in front of you. For example, meet Guillaume Bex, a postman who is head over heels in love with a Baron’s chambermaid. How will that end?
The app takes you on a virtual journey through time to 17th-century Maastricht. Discover what Maastricht and its inhabitants looked like and what stories they experienced in this beautiful city.
